Jae Borgard was a longtime executive at Dell Technologies, serving in a variety of leadership roles across multiple functions and divisions of the company. Most recently Jae was the Vice President of Global Business Operations, leading a 500+ person team with responsibilities that included program management, quality engineering, compliance, and customer experience transformation.
Prior to that, Jae held executive leadership positions in product marketing, environmental engineering, and program management. Among her most interesting assignments, Jae also led the build-up of Dell’s first China Development Center, serving as Managing Director of the Shanghai site.
Jae earned her BS in Chemistry from UC-Santa Barbara and her MS in Chemistry from UC Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo, before joining Compaq Computer as a product engineer.
