In her most recent role as Senior Director of Online Modernization and Digital Transformation at Dell Technologies, Nivi led a worldwide digital transformation to increase the proportion of sales coming through digital platforms.
In her previous role at Avaya, Nivi and her team were focused on monitoring, educating & driving programs to ensure Avaya’s channel partners are adhering to channel policies. Key priorities were reduction of special discounts and promotions abuse via the channel, prevention of gray market products from entering the marketplace as well as keeping the pressure on channel partners to renew and upgrade their install base.
Nivi also worked at Freescale Semiconductor (currently NXP Semiconductor) as Director of Customer Experience. During her tenure at Freescale, Nivi was responsible for the strategy and implementation of Freescale’s customer loyalty program and customer focus teams for their top 24 accounts.
Nivi holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Alabama, Huntsville, and a M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
