Read MoreBy far the best course on leadership I have ever taken. Jay Parker provides a unique and actionable framework for personal leadership competencies that I was able to start working on from day one. It took no more than two lessons before I had already begun approaching my own work differently and incorporating specific strategies to set myself up for success. The course also does a great job of using real-world examples to show how each lesson can be applied effectively. Jay walks you through numerous examples in his own career (not just the successes, but the failures as well) where he was faced with challenging situations and how he went about approaching them. It offers an invaluable look into the mind of an executive leader that ended up being one of my favorite parts of the course. And to top it all off, the breadth of information covered in the course was even more than I was hoping for. Jay runs the gamut here by diving into everything from leadership skills and career advancement, to office politics and work-life balance. This course is truly a wealth of valuable information that I plan on revisiting multiple times as I advance throughout my career. Fully recommend anyone who is looking to advance their own career, regardless of current role, to take this course!
