Meet Your Mentor

Mentor Mark Linebaugh

Mark Linebaugh is a successful executive with over 30 years of experience in leading technical projects, teams, and businesses. Most recently, Mark served as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at Dell Technologies. He also held several prior engineering executive roles at Dell across a variety of product lines. Mark is well known for his unique combination of technical, strategic, and business acumen, having worked his way from being a design engineer to a leader of several different multi-billion dollar organizations. He has an extraordinary passion for helping others who aspire to follow a similar path.

Before moving to the computing industry, Mark spent fourteen years as an engineering leader at Lockheed Martin where he was in charge of development for onboard missile guidance systems and ground-based fire control systems such as the PATRIOT air defense system.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington.
