Amy has over a decade of P&L responsibility as a Senior Vice President and General Manager leading eCommerce and omnichannel businesses for brands including Old Navy, Banana Republic, Kendo Brands, and Sephora. Her superpower is cultivating high performing teams and collaborative partnerships which harness diverse strengths and perspectives into winning strategies and top-quality execution.
Amy served as Executive Sponsor for Career Advancement and DE&I programs at Gap Inc and Sephora. Amy is based in the U.S., and has experience leading businesses in Canada, England, Europe, and Japan.
Amy has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a B.A. in Psychology, has completed Master’s level coursework in Organizational Design/Human Resources at University of San Francisco, and completed the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) Certification Program.
